The War on Cash: Transparently Totalitarian

One thing that would tip the scales heavily in favor of the collectivists would be victory in the War on Cash. Their goal is to eliminate the use of hand-to-hand currency, so that governments can document, control, and tax everything.

It’s exactly like what Ron Paul said: “The cashless society is the IRS’s dream: total knowledge of, and control over, the finances of every single American.”

Normally about this time I'd say "never happen in my lifetime" but I never thought I'd see people be required to purchase a service or be fined.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

Think about it...You do something the Gov't doesn't like, a couple keystrokes later and poof, your bank account now reads $00000. and there's not a damn thing you can do about it..(and of course, the Gov't will pull a Sgt. Shultz on you.. We know nothing!) The Banksters, and Corporate Fascist are pushing this. Already J.P. Morgan(If I remember the article I read on this) has sent a letter around to their customers stating that they cannot store cash, coins (unless they have collector value) in their safe-deposit boxes.. So, unless there's a major push-back, this is gonna get shoved down our throats.. More "hope and change"

Just one of the many TTPs that Socialist want to use to control us.
No guns, for the obvious reasons.
They want us all living in cities, they make it seem nice by saying it is sustainable. What is does is provide total control by eliminating land ownership. The govt. would control everything you need to live; fuel, shelter, food, schools, and transportation.
The no winners, anti-male, victim society.
No cash, then the banks and governments have direct control over our money.

Talked about it here a long time ago. Got tired of the censorship, semantic games, ignorance & indolence. I won't reply for the obvious reason's regarding the Assclown's..

The smupidty & smupid Hipster attitude not an option for me. It's a Technocracy & new Economic World Order the BORG wants based on Energy as a metric vs. Industrialized traditional model & a MULTILATERIALISM SDR structure. Crunch time Sept. / October when US has to comment to a currency to the IMF / BIS / AIIB / NDB etc. with their plans for a new currency or not. They want digital to leap frog into tracking all citizens for their Technocracy plans.

    So who wins?
The jihadis streaming in or the socialists from within?
Country boy can survive has a lot of truth to it.
Winning may not be everything, but the endorsements are better.

Nothing new. At various points in time banks have had "holding fees" for deposit accounts. Same thing different name...

It might be advisable today to start taking your cash out of a savings acct (slowly...of course) and placing it in a safe deposit box.

Not as easy for you to access quickly but also not on an electronic record by a big bank as to exactly what you have, either.

With what we saw happen in Greece and Cyprus with runs on the bank...having your money in a safe deposit box also has other more obvious advantages.

Besides...it is not as if your cash is earning a damn thing in interest in a bank savings acct or even a money market account these days. The security of the cash outweighs what little interest you might be earning.

    ...any thought on doing this?
