That ongoing experimentation started in WWII.

I think they've lost interest in hiding from eyes these days.

We need more flying dinosaurs... I'm totally on board with that.

I will assume you meant something different than Michelle Obama on Air Force One.

Like I've said before. You want urban camo, dress like a UPS driver. Not as flashy as the fed Ex colors. No one pays any attention to them. Boom.
I just did two lines of powdered wig powder, cranked up some Lee Greenwood, and recited the BoR. - Outlander Systems

"Bitch One" was already taken when Hillary was running the White House.

    Back on topic, "Yehudi Lights".

Sorry, everything cool has already been done. Time to go home and eat oatmeal three meals a day and collect rubber bands.

    Yep. I've seen that before.

Yep, been going on for as long as I can remember. I also agree that Radar and IR search and track systems are a much greater concern these days than optical tracking.

With the advent of systems like the F-35s sensor fusion "x-ray vision", optical camouflage lacks relevancy if you still show up on IR and Radar and your opponent can integrate those into a useable 360 degree synthetic vision display. If you're not LO in IR and Radar, you may as well paint your plane bright pink in that situation...

off subject, but does anyone else here wish that they could put the optical system on other fighters. Especially the raptor. My goodness what a weapon that would be.
