Y'all are lucky. Mine went shooting and hunting with me until her first pregnancy c. 1989.

Once the hook was firmly set she hasn't touched a trigger or gone afield since. should have got a prenup with minimum round count/days afield.

It is a big ordeal to try to get her to wear shooting glasses lol. Last week, I told her she couldn't shoot my reloads unless she put on the glasses. Well she said the muffs cut the glasses into her head/ears, so I told her to wear plugs instead and she said the shots were to loud. She teared up for a little while lol out of frustration she couldn't shoot.

Get her a fashionable Gucci or Prada sunglasses and you'll not hear excuse anymore.

When it's running 22 LR it shouldn't be loud enough to need more than earplugs.

Congrats on finding a woman who enjoys firearms... They don't exactly grow on trees!

Well at the time, she was wanting to shoot my .223 reloads. She swaps out the bolts and fires a few .223 to help clean out the bore. Since I am usually shooting beside her, she probably is bothered by my shots even if she is shooting .22lr.
