    have her try bose noise cancelling headphones , its worked for me ,

    lucky man to have such an amiable and beautiful shooting partner , you want her happy - get her something that works

    no need when rec shooting unless you are also the type that wears full protective gear when you ride too; save that gear for the race! Now going through 2K rounds during training...sure thing. Too many stifflers in the shooting scene? probably...

    Totaly understandable when it comes to the liability clause at a gun range but when you are hunting you don't wear eye and ear protection so no need to wear it when I practice light. I still have eyes and ears today so I must be doing something right...

    Just make sure and not to get stuck on the protocols of Protecting yourself so much and forgetting to understand the concepts of safety 1st; like this guy:

    'The ATF guy's shirt says "Steve" on it'

    I tend to get lazy with glasses when I am sitting behind a scope, with my left eye closed, but most of the time I don't have my contacts in so I wear my prescription glasses.
