I was looking at September 5th but it could be adjusted in either direction by majority rule, in other words if the majority of the group going needs it to be the following weekend then we'll adjust accordingly.
As we get closer to September we'll cement the date sometime around the end of July or beginning of August.

i just may attend if it's at Okeechobee shooting sports. You may want to change the title to south Florida suppressor shoot though.

Since I'm not familiar with this particular range I will be there as early as they allow me to be.
Hopefully there will be someone that is coming that is familiar with the range that will get there early as well to assist with the logistics.

I go every couple of weekends. If my friend goes with me like normal, he's friends with the owner and his father. I will be there before it opens also. Is he giving you your own berm? So we can shoot only suppressed and hearing protection could be optional? So people will be able to see how it will sound if the need to use a suppressor arises with hearing protection not available. Something you might want to clear with Jeff before showing up that day.

I just got off the phone with OSS and they said to have a private range would cost $100 plus $20 for each shooter and $35 per hour to rent an RSO.
Or we can use a public range at a tenth of the cost which is probably more in line with my budget.
At present we have approximately 15 individuals that have expressed interest in going and if you factor in the no-shows we will probably end up with about 8 actually showing.
I guess one option would be to see how many are actually there on the day of the shoot and see if the cost for a private range can be justified by splitting the costs amongst the participants.
