Two things.
1. Nobody in the porn industry is forced to do anything, they are hired to do a job like everyone else. Some people just have crappy jobs, some people are lucky they are pretty enough to be paid to have sex (not meaning the amputees necessarily).
2. I really didn't need to know about this latest trend. Bad enough everybody has terrible implant jobs and tattoos.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

Being the young man that I am, I discovered nugget porn a few years ago while drinking with a group of friends. THe conversations started with, "what is the most ****ed up porn you've watched?" Yeah. It got dark.

Nothing is "bad" anymore, people are just "different" and we need to be "tolerant."
And there are huge numbers of people who actually believe that shit. Of course we shouldn't expect the same kind of "tolerance" when it comes to our values or beliefs.
