    Mark,
If you want a Tac Latch, I have a Badger ordinance latch you can have. I have tried to give it to my friends but no one wants it. PM your address and its yours, its only sitting in my tool box being unused

If he doesn't want it, then I do! I was about to order a tactical latch extension, and I like the Badger best (based entirely on looks, I'm afraid).

Ok color me ignorant, but can you or anyone else educate me on the gasbuster? I'm dead serious. I have zero knowledge.

The gas buster is a charging handle made by PRI that is specially designed to prevent smoke and gas from exiting the upper receiver around the charging handle, and wafting into your eyes and snotlocker.

The charging handle is made slightly oversized, with cuts to vent gas away from the shooter. Never had that problem, you say? It's because generally the problem does not manifest itself until you screw a suppressor onto your barrel. Many more byproducts of combustion work there way back into the upper receiver when shooting suppressed than unsuppressed.
