I'd like to say "never happen", but I've been seeing quite a few things that I honestly believed would "never happen", at least not in my lifetime.

Ironically, record show McCarthy actually had a pretty good track record.

You're right about McCarthy, that's why I said, "alleged to be."

I bet the list of what constitutes a hate group is drawn up by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
What if they report to your employer that you are a member of a "racist hate group" like the NRA, but don't tell employer what group? You get fired just on the allegation alone and then have to prove your innocence. Remember, Liberals need no evidence, just the accusation is enough: Duke Lacrosse anyone?

I wouldn't say Barry's definition is "wide", we all know he means European-American conservatives who quote the Constitution and own firearms.

With the recent SCOTUS ruling on Gay Marriage you can bet they'll move on onto Christian churches that beliefs don't jive with the newly ruled status quo.

I agree Mr. President, in fact I would like to know about the Section 8 refugees that you will be resettling in middle-class suburbs that are bigoted towards European-Americans.

Funny thing is according to Dylann Roof's manifesto, he "built his evil beliefs" after 'fed by the media' in the wake of the Trayvon Martin debacle. In his manifesto Dylann Roof even calls out the KKK/Neo-Nazi groups as weak sauce so he sure wasn't inspired by their web content.

If I ran ANY member group, I know 545 names I'd be adding to the rolls.
What if this whole crusade's a charade?

    Definitely.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

If you can't win a gun fight against a lightly-trained individual during broad daylight with 88 rounds of 30-06, I'm not sure you'd be able to do it with... any other firearm.

If any real conservative became president. I'd want them to do every dirty trick in the book that Obama did Use the IRS to go audit George Soros and Warren Buffett, Bloomberg, and many billionare left wing donors. Id have the NSA release every thing about Obama and the Clintons and every left wing politician, Scotus justice and force them and every federal government agency to dissolve itself when they were done
