    Wiebad stock pad for XLR

Now available for the XLR online: http://wiebad.mybigcommerce.com/stock-pads/

Apparently I have the second and third manufactured to date

Do it! You will be happy. Glad they have them online now for the Element, of course any XLR cheek piece will work.

Getting her tweaked. Overall, happy and consistent with performance, so much for mine! Mirage was a chore, hope to go out to 1000+ tomorrow. Pulled a good one at 300-actual went off spotter wind call on first shot and wheeled them back over starting at shot two.

Excellent build Mark! Thinking of doing a 22" 6.5 Creed in the future and am curious about load data and what velocities you are getting.

    Thanks,

Only shot the factory 120 amax so far, going 2900 average, multiple 1/2" groups or less. Getting right at what factory specs with 24" barrel. This barrel is very slick, was curious with copper and using Boretech copper remover after 48(again just curious) was hardly any detectable blue on the patch. I got a smoking deal on some 120 AMAX so will be using them first with H4350. Hope to try some next weekend if the weather permits.

    Thanks for the reply Mark!
Sending 120's at 2900 out of a 22" barrel is impressive. I feel more confident about going the 22" route with my own future build, it seems they give up little to the 26" barreled guns.

Mark, That would be the finest Tikka on the planet. Congrats on the build. It's great to find a good smith huh? Keep us posted on your 1,000 yard outing. Good luck.

Did make it out last Friday, nothing to write home about(my skills) But shots would be within the C zone if shot on(used steel) 1 moa, so I'm happy with that under field conditions and what you guys deal with a bunch--mirage. Man, that can make your target look like a balloon!.
Indeed, it is nice to find that "guy on the corner" when building a rifle. I would like to do a light hunter one day with Adam's. I have 20 ready to go at various charge weights, see what shakes out!

2910 to be exact. Average with magnetospeed, I need to see what they are from a 24" and what the factory 140's are doing from the 22".
