Linear Compensators & Hearing Damage?

Here's a short video test with bare muzzle, a2 birdcage flashhider, levang linear comp and a nordic components muzzle brake. the levang redirected ~.4db from a 16" barrel and ~1.5db from a 20" barrel away from the shooter compared to the other three muzzle options.

FWIW I replaced a mod 0 comp with a linear comp on a 16" and shooting under an a wood frame metal roof, I can tell a difference, and more so those next to me can tell a bigger difference. Hearing protection used.

It seems to be the solution I'm looking for. I have hearing loss and worry about more hearing damage. Thanks.
