Sometimes if I down loaded by 1 then rapped the back of the mag on the base of my hand, then check for rattle and reloaded 1 more round I could get it to stop rattling. My usual magazine loading technique is to load 8, rap it against my hand/wrist, load 8, etc.
That's not just an HK thing. It happens with quite a few manufacturers' mags.
