The girlfriend and I went to a B&B this weekend, while the owner of the B&B was a bit ahem "different" we had a great time. We've been to Williamsburg several times, but never went down to Yorktown. It is a very nice small town, with lots of history. General Thomas Nelson, who commanded the Virginia Militia during the revolutionary war and a signed of the Declaration of Independece is buried there. Some nice shops and GREAT restaraunts.Here are some pictures.

The bridge crossing the York river on RT 17 North. It opens side ways. There are only two other bridges in the world like it. One at the Suez canal I think, and one in SE Asia.
