Mag holster question

Does any of y'all run the mag holster with the pistol mag on top? Or do you keep the pistol mag completely separate from the AR mag holder?

HSGI, pistol/rifle combo is legit. I have been running pistol mags om belt and the HSGI tacos on my carrier.

I switched to a blue force gear 10speed triple at mag pouch for my new carrier set up. But I still run the tacos on my belt

I like the tacos and Esstac Kiwi mag pouches. I'm getting away from the double decker tacos and going to single mag pouches on my belt because I found they stuck out too far and it wasn't as easy for me to make sure I got the mag I was intending.
