NSN as in Navy stock number?

If yes to Navy stock number then I doubt it. The military is not for non external safetys.

check this out, it says mil-spec maybe just a thought

"The Glock 19 is the only Glock produced by KSC that does not have the famous Glock "G" logo, it is replaced with an awkward looking G that looks nothing like the real deal. Refer to the pictures on the right if neccessary. On the front side of the slide, there is the markings "G 19 Mil Spec 9x19", it should say Austria after the "G 19". On the backside of the slide there is the serial number which is on the ejector port aswell. On the frame there is the marking "MIL SPEC STANDARD NSN 1005-66-132-7731" that is the manufactire serial number. No markings but no big deal, this Glock makes up for it with the Heavy Weight frame. I guess "NATO Stock Number" makes sense, but in all my time in the USAF the only thing I heard it called was "National Stock Number".

The 17 and 19 are the only ones I can find. I would suspect they are the only ones since they would be the ones chambered for the NATO round of 9x19.

But then again I'm def not a military expert on such things. Just my .02
