    I have an officer issued and purchased m9 with laser grips.
    Got it from a major generals estate when he passed away.

    I'm really hankering to sell it to get the m9a3. It just looks gorgeous to me.

    I think people do like the M9 they think up in their heads, and the M9A3 can be more easily made into said M9.

    Wow, thats crazy. Signed on to Berettas email list for M9A3 info and all I get is junk mail. WTF. Those prices are over the top.

    Do you mean a "Brigadier" style slide? They didn't do that because they are trying to sell this to the .mil as both new guns and replacement slides. They don't want to obsolete the holsters already in the supply system, since that would not fall within the realm of a "form, fit, function" ECP, like they are proposing.
