I've had mine for 7+years. I have the 120lb set that can go from 5-120lbs in 2.5lb increments if you want. Also picked up a set of the 165lb set screws so I can actually take one dumbbell up to 180lbs for rows.... They are not super quick to change weight but they are solid like real dumbbells.

Add in the kettlebell handle and you have quite a set up.

Other than that stuff I have a power rack with pull up bars and dip attachments, a couple bars, a bunch of weight, nice elliptical, and a treadmill.
Those iron master Dumbbells look decent. How quick are they to change and how well do they hold up to hard use.

It's a piece of equipment I don't use a ton of, however if I was without it my training would feel incomplete. If only for standing calf raises, I require it in any home gym.

They are not super quick but not bad. Just add or take away plates, slide the screw in, and turn it. I'm sure there are videos on YouTube or even on their site.

They hold up just like a regular dumbbell. I've had mine for over 7 years and I lift weights if you know what I'm saying.

I've been doing Pat Mac's CST since taking the class a year ago and just put my home gym together. I still want a plate rack for the iron plates and a punching bag, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

In the box is a foam roller, dip belt, ab wheel, two 8' chains, some agility cones, a set of Rogue rings, and a jump rope.

Rogue makes nice stuff. I'll probably upgrade to their equipment when I get back to the mainland. Until then it's whatever has great reviews with Amazon prime.

I'm currently on terminal leave and couldn't think of any better reason to put together a home gym. I used to just work out on post, but after moving, I was reminded why I hate crossfit gyms, so I splurged.

The Play It Again Sports in Cary, NC, was the shit. I scored a lot of good stuff and they have a ton of plates selling for $0.60/lb for anyone in the area. Definitely worth the drive.

Here's my basement home gym, I continuously am adding things to the collection. My buddy gave my the row machine for free, made a couple of repairs and now I have a operational $500 row machine.
