Topics covered include safety, Shooter Movement, Target Movement, Barricade Use, Low Cover Shooting, Supine Shooting, Malfunction Clearance, Transitions fro Primary to Secondary Weapon, Proper Use of Cover and Low Probability Targets. Timed fire drills and evaluations based on class skill level.

Class size:
Minimum four students
Maximum twelve students
Weapon & Gear Class Requirements:
- Serviceable handgun
- Serviceable carbine
- Serviceable holster-Strong side belt type preferred -No Blackhawk! Serpa holsters please- If you want to know why feel free to ask.
- Minimum 1 magazine/speedloader pouches to carry your magazines/speedloaders
- Minimum of 3 serviceable magazines (5 is better)
- 200 rds of ammo – factory service type (if you run reloads please make sure the ammo is reliable in your weapon)
- Serviceable duty grade carbine
- Service sling (tactical type preferred.)
- Minimum of 3 serviceable carbine magazines
- Optics – (Optional, but highly suggested) Bring it Zeroed
- Minimum 1 carbine magazine pouch - or method to carry at least two spares magazine(s)
MISC:
- Eye and ear protection (we will be shooting some steel targets....electronic hearing protection is preferred)
- Suitable range wear depending on the season
- Weapon cleaning & lubrication supplies
- Good attitude
Zeroed Weapons: 100-yard carbine preferred, but others are acceptable if you have a good reason why and understand it. Please bring your carbine zeroed and ready to shoot.
Ammo Requirements:
- 200 rounds of carbine ammo
- 200 rounds of handgun ammo
