Uhn, interesting. Though I would think this would be all over the news if it were credible, granted it does bring up a good point, "what is Obama hiding".

Read an interesting opinion yesterday on Obama's conceit that he has already won the election.

He is a Chicago politician. Which means that if you win the D primary you HAVE effectively won the election.

He is just playing the house rules of where he entered the game.

Nobody cares because he is the liberals darling golden boy. Freedom loving Americans living by the Constitution and Bill of Rights are seriously ****ed when he is elected president. America will become a socialist government dictated to by the liberal elite ruling class.

This is not clear. According to case law/US law it appears that if you are born outside of the US and only one parent is a US Citizen, you are not automatically a citizen unless you can prove your connection (examples give Paternity with US father , foreign mother) before your 18th/21st birthday (I have read both and it may have changed between the cases cited).

IANAL (AIDPOOTV) so I may be off base, but that seems to be what has happened in past cases (not POTUS but just citizenship).

It is also not clear in many cases if being born outside the US (or Panama, which was included by statute) to US parents makes you "natural born."

I don't think this will turn out to be anything big but it is an interesting case.
