Wilson Combat Shop Work?

I have a Kimber pistol that could use a little work. A buddy of mine had some nice work done with his Colt series70 from Wilson and I was thinking of giving them a try. I'm not looking for the best 1911 ever, just fixing up a beater blaster that I have.

Has anyone sent a 1911 to Wilson for work from their custom shop? If so how did it turn out?

I have not sent any of my 1911s to Wilson, but a buddy of mine did. They did an awesome job on it! For a little less money though, he sent another of his 1911s to EGW and he and I both agree that it is the sweeter pistol of the two. Just playing the devil's advocate. YMMV.
