Depends on how you want to put them up. If you want to do them from the site you go to advance mode and use the paper clip. from a link you have to put this around it [img] [/img} i used the wrong last bracket so you can see it

If you want to up load a small pic directly to the sight, you can click the "attachments" paperclip button and upload a pic directly ffrom your computer if it meets the size requirements. See the pic I've attached for some visuals

A better option, is to upload the picture to a picture sharing website like Photobucket, and then it will give you a direct URL to that picture. Then you can click the "Insert Image" (looks like a little sunset, below and right of the "paperclip" button. Put that URL into that pop-up box, and it will apply the right bulletin board code to imbed that image.
