Yes! All of this. I have one with 3200 rounds through it. It survived a Costa Ludas carbine class without missing a beat. She gets hot though.

7000+ through mine. Two RedBack One classes and a Frank Proctor class. One single failure and that was a blown primer ending up inside the trigger, so not the rifle's fault at all. At $800 you flat out stole the rifle.
I picked my 2nd one up at a gunshow unfired no box, sights or mag for 975.00 to replace the 1st one I sold. Added DD sights & swapped the rail for a Centurion CMR 14. I'll never sell it!
Several thousand various manufacturer rounds (mostly brass but some steel cased) through my DDM4V2 with no issues.
OP is getting a lot of grief from the board, but I suggest giving him/her a break. It was a short notice opportunity, OP sounds new to this market, did some research but was only effective determining the purchase was a price point where he could resell if needed, so he hedged his purchase. And he came out in a good place. My congrats to him.
I'm plenty guilty of the same...acting on an opportunity to buy something for a discount, which later turned into a great deal. Happens every day in the real world, not just the gun world. Sometime you just have to act on a less than totally educated, gut hunch.
Sure, I've been burned on a few deals and learned...who hasn't?

Wow - you got a great deal on a DD. I don't think you can go wrong with DD, especially for that price.
I have owned a DDM4V5 and currently own a DDM4V11. Both have been flawless.
The only trouble I have ever seen first hand was a guy in a class was having problems with his DD. -I was not focused on the issues he was having, and I also know that there were a couple people that were having issues with steel cased ammo by the end of the class. Maybe that was the issue. I don't recommend steel cased ammo. The good thing is, I have also heard that DD customer service is great should you ever have an issue. - I think you did quite well for your first rifle. I currently own a BCM, Knights, and the DD.
This is my first post, and I am working on better pictures, but here is my DD, just for the benefit of the thread... Lets see your DD OP

That's an even better deal than what I got during the Sandy Hook aftermath.
Yes, I like pretty ponies.
Great deal and great AR
