BCM BHF 14.5 Lightweight UPPER what comp

I need advise on witch comp or hider .
I have the MOD1 Gunfighter in my cart now.
I'm looking for what we all want and that's less recoil and less flash and noise . I'm hoping for less recoil and less muzzle rise.
If you guys have time could you click on the link and look threw the drop down menu of the available options?
Also any advise on there charge handles as well . I have the gunfighter mod4 in my cart .
I only have experience with raptor ch and mil spec ch .

Given the fact that you don't know what MD you want now I recommend buying a 16" upper.

To late got the 14.5 with mod1
I wouldn't think I'd buy the 16" just because Id like advise on md
Anyway I spoke with a few guys and they all love the mod1 with the 14.5
And if I don't I'm sure I'll try others
Yes I know it's pin and welded but that be changed
