    On your AR it should be fine if it will hold zero which seems to be the biggest complaint. I've read about a dozen reviews and it seems to be hit or miss with these. NcStar took over the old Tasco plants in China and are making these with the old Tasco plants machines. All you can do now is shoot it and see what it does. I hope it works well for you.

    Arrow i have only had one NcStar scope

    my one experience with NcStar scopes was a very nice looking 1.5x6.5x 30mm with the euro post that i picked up for a nice discount.

    unfortunately it wasn't worth a hoot, foggy-fuzzy optics-magnification wasn't right--would only focus on 6x---wouldn't hold zero on a 22LR.

    the dealer i bought it from let me trade it in for a burris 3x9 so i wasn't left holding the bag on it.

    supposedly NcStar has improved since then--but i don't walk away from a good deal on NcSTAR--i RUN!!
