    Your statement is flat-out false. Here's two examples of 9mm Luger ammunition that expand and meet the FBI penetration requirement after passing through an intermediate barrier of automobile safety-glass.

    Worth noting MAC used the big box store variant, the 124 non +p, for the test. I cringed when I saw he wasn't using one of the two most commonly used variants.
