Understand that. It's always been my understanding that "extra" components in the wild isn't allowed. Maybe that's incorrect or maybe they're not considered extra.

Bang for the buck I think. Pretty darn effective and relatively little machining....

Anyone hear anymore about the release date of the Optimus? I thought I read on WEVO, GA saying January of 2016 but I can't find it now.

How would you mount this on a HK P30 with the 13.5x1LH threads and a HK45 with it's 16x1LH?

Just thinking of getting a suppressor and this looks attractive. I have also looked at the Octane and Ti Rant 45.

    Thanks for helping a neophyte.

Griffin Armament sells pistons in both sizes.

The Optimus is a 9mm can (in pistol configuration) though so it won't work with the HK45.
Funny, if people like us really were the kind of people they like to portray us as, they would never dare say it. In fact, they probably wouldn't exist... -djejators

    Thanks Stahljaeger.

Ah, should have read the "up to .357" statement. So.... Use this can for 9mm and 5.56, 300BLK and then buy a dedicated 45ACP can?

    Is that a viable solution?

That would work. You could get the GA revolution 45 so the pistons are interchangeable. Don't have any first hand knowledge about it though.

A "do all" can that can handle 45 is the SilencerCo Hybrid. It has a larger OD and will be longer in pistol form. I am personally going to go with the Optimus as I have no interest in .45
