    Grand Power Stribog S9

I saw this drop today on TFB.

How hard would you laugh, if right in the middle of all this Zenith/ Scorpion/ MPX/ APC9/ POF stuff, STI started bringing these in for like $500?

If it comes in at a price comparable to the Grand Power pistol, and it doesn't suck, they would obviously do quite well.

I assume since it's covered in keymod they have the US market in mind...
(Hopefully they get on the M-LOK train soon)

Colt M16/9 mags, keymod fore-end, apparently an aluminum upper chassis. Will be interesting if it comes to the US market.

    AR grips too.
    (No word on FCG)

This gun will eat up the market if it comes in low enough.

If it came in under $800 or even $900 as a non-nfa rifle it would be a must buy for me

It's here and is called the Stribog SP9A1. Does anyone here have one? I'm thinking about pulling the trigger. Looks like it take proprietary magazines. 30rd mags are $30ea.

    -Proprietary mags
    -Keymod
    -Non-removeable grip
-No commonly available parts like the HK series
    -Are brace adapters available?

    No-go for me.

If you watch the video posted right before your post you will see that there is an MLOC version and that brace adaptors are available.

I ordered one based on the videos and paid under $700 delivered. At that price, if the quality is halfway decent, it'll be a good buy. I'll post some pictures when it arrives. It would sure be nice if every new gun used a magazine that I already have a ton of, but that's not reality. Of course I will check to see if anything I already have can be adapted. H&K parts are readily available because they've been around forever. Still, they're not cheap. A new comparable H&K clone would be twice as much. Yes, Eagle Imports sells a brace adapter.

I picked up my Stribog from my dealer yesterday. One thing that I immediately learned is to avoid Four Winds Technology like the plague unless you like waiting over two weeks for you gun to ship. That aside, I'm very pleased with what I see so far.

I have not had a chance to break it down, but I'll do so ASAP. I did promptly receive the pistol brace adapter that I ordered from Grabagun, so I'll be installing a brace.
