Some companies just draw the line at a higher minimum price. So long as they can stay in business, I don't blame them. Heck, they may make more money in the end than a company that sells 10X's as many receivers. For me though, it's hard to justify spending three times as much on a receiver that is just as unknown from a building standpoint. Their markings certainly do look good in their pictures.

Just received my second Anderson lower.
Fits my BCM 4 and PSA uppers just fine.
    P-mags insert and drop free.
One is about 1.5 years old and this one is obviously recent.
    No issues for the price.
This is just a sample of two.
    YMMV

V7 assembles perfect and the finish and markings are top notch.

I wanted to add before this thread dies. I bought a McKay Enterprises lower that is flawless, has no roll mark and matches my BCM upper perfect in fit and finish. At $68 they're hard to beat. Do a little research, I believe they do some machining for Nodak Spud.

My PSA Blemished lower came in. Looks good. Only defect I found if you want to call it that is two little spots in the anodizing on the inside wall of the pocket were the trigger group sits. Nothing touches the area it is in and no one will see it once assembled. The sad part is after comparing it to the DPMS lower I bought for my first AR in 2007 I feel a little cheated by the fact IIRC I paid $159.00 for the DPMS and this PSA(though they machine a couple spots a little different that have no effect on function) looks just as good. The DPMS also has a couple spots where the machining , although cosmetic( like a small flat spot on the bottom edge of the magwell) isn't perfect. Makes me wonder if they were selling their blems as stripped lowers. Oh well I guess the consolation is I was a newbie and there just wasn't the options there is today.

Brownells has Aero lowers for $65 or so I think. That's where my money would go at the moment.

LRB for my cheap builds. Widener's will sell them for $45 from time to time.

It's great for a handgun and my first interest in it was after playing call of duty with the lil red dot that look like the rmr.

I got my Aero today. I noticed the hole where the RE threads in looks a little off, the right side is much thicker than the left. Does this look alright to you guys?

does the picture above look alright to you guys? When installed, the endplate looks a little off center.
