I don't go to the complete dark side on this. I more think that they get an unclear, ambitious intel hit. They don't want to reveal sources and methods, so they just happen to have an excercise going. Sure, a little black helicopter, but in a good way.Originally Posted by Alex V

One guy's wife told him somebody came in next to her office. started shooting, bodies on the floor. They barricaded themselves in room.
Another text from a girl to father. shooting, we are in office, pray for us as we wait for Police, we are locked in office.

What else is in that building other than social services? What I've found so far is they provide various services for those with developmental disabilities. I don't understand the target selection other than "soft".
