EOTech Issuing Refunds?

Requested refund last night around 830 US ET, and just got approval email from Michael kroll.

Got my approval today as well. Looks like Kroll is working the weekends (overtime).

Just curious on how many people have experienced a 4 moa shift in their EO Techs. mine haven't. not defending them , I think what they did shouldn't go unpunished. I rarely shoot in -40 degree weather or 140 degree weather, if it's that hot I can personally shoot on a cooler day. if it's that cold I prefer to be inside.

has anyone had theirs fade over time as well? and does anyone know if they know how to fix the problem?

Mine has been back to EOTech twice for the reticle. The first time, the reticle would disappear around the edges. The second time, the reticle dimmed so much that it wasn't daylight bright on the highest setting.

When I got it back, the issues were fixed.

But, needless to say, I'm sending mine back for a refund.
