No. Doesn't mean it is crap either, but rarely have I seen a car, a gun or ammo that is superior to a German made product.

No, not necessarily. The German company (MEN) also makes pistol ammo and it is fantastic (especially their 124gr 9mm NATO). The problem is that European defensive rounds don't make it to the US. So all we know is what we have in front of us.

If anyone can get a M193 load to shoot half inch groups at 100yds, please show us!

Other countries do know how to make ammo. They arnt flinging rocks. Doesn't mean we make a bad product but certainly others are capable of making just as good or better. Hell even the Springfield rifle is a copy of a German Mauser

Thanks for info. I'm trying to stock up on 5.56 ammo. I usually buy the imi or Lake city, thinking those are the best. The men ammo is a good price. If it's that good, i might try some.

Lake City is typically sold as XM193. That is factory seconds or rejected ammo. CBC and MEN M193 is FIRST QUALITY ammo.
