Good Mount for a G2

Who has the VLTOR for a decent price?

I use the Viking Tactics (VTAC) mount. For $20, I think it's unbeatable.

No question. It mounts the light snug to the gun when you put it on the top rail and hang the light off to the side.

I'd like to try a VLTOR, but the VTAC is so good, I have no reason to.

I like the smaller footprint of the Vltor Scout Mount. It lets me put the light that much further forward since I run my VFG all the way out.

I like the price on the VTAC ($20) but doesn't care about the two hex screws that require allen wrench to secure. The VLTOR's new offset mount appeared to put the light in about the same location as the VTAC.

The thumb screws are the one big gain on the VLTOR. I just don't know if it's worth the extra cash.

The VTAC gets the light super snug against the FSB, but it still not visible thru the rear app. It doesn't mess with your sight picture if you're shooting at distance.

I'm a big fan of the VLTOR offset mount as well.
This is my Colt/PWS with a G2 in a VLTOR mount.

I was running a VLTOR mount, but have since switched to The VTAC as I like the mounting position.

Let me know if you want my VLTOR mount, I give ya a good price or trade ya for a PMAG (New or used)

Are there any good barrel mounts? or FSB mounts? I want to keep my lmt 10.5 simple.
