Yes but I'm talking about eform form 1's. Not a gun shop doing a form 4 which I believe only paper is still available as of now anyways. A from 1 is to manufacture an SBR not transfer one. And I don't believe its going to be 18 weeks. If I buy an SBR or Suppressor yes but thats not what I'm doing. Actually just had a suppressor clear a few days ago and picked it up today and I believe it was in late June/early July I filed so your time frame is correct for that type of transaction. Or are you telling me a Form 1(manufacturing an SBR) efile now takes the same time as buying from a store and having them file for a form 4? Because there was a big big difference before.

I answered your question multiple times. I can assure you I know the difference in an F1 and an F4, and the difference in a paper form and an EForm...but thanks for the explanation.

Form 1 is the only common form in eForms. I'm not a gun shop, and nobody is talking about a Form 4.

As has been mentioned by me twice, and multiple times since then, they're currently approving eForm 1 submissions from late July and early August. The latest one I've seen reported is August 9th, but I didn't go look at nfatracker...which obviously you didn't either. There are threads on most gun sites with a thread tracking submission and approval dates.

Well that is horrible. Well maybe I will be one of the lucky ones and get my form approved out of order. Or has that been fixed yet?? Not that I want to skip in line but it does happen or at least used to.

Yeah, I've seen a fair amount of anomalies on NFATracker where there was some pretty quick turnarounds.
