Ghost lower - no logo, affordable - FOUND.

A finished lower receiver, without a roll mark - no roll mark at all.
Been looking for one, at a reasonable price.
Main reason for me is well, just because I think it's fun.
Then maybe come up with my own.
However having to pay $160 for the privilege seems a bit outlandish ("nodak spud").

Then there's these guys: Range Tool
For $60 you can have your cake.
If you'd like your cake and eat it too, they will even give you your own custom serial number.
Looks like Santa will be bringing a late present!

My ONLY caveat is how good/to spec are they?
Not having seen any review to date. No mention even here?
Guess here I go but for the grace of....

    80% lower?

I just built up a Range Tool custom serial number. No issues and plays well with uppers I already have. McKay Enterprises also has a no logo lower which I have. No issues either.

ETA: the turnaround time for the serial number lower was about a month.

I'm a fan of this type of lower without all the obnoxious stuff. Thanks for the heads up!

    80% lowers are plentiful .
Many of us have no desire/skill to go that route.

A lower up to spec without any markings other than what has to be on there - that's a bit harder to find.
Hence the word 'finished' in op...;-)

Here's my RT custom serial number lower built up with premo parts. BCM, Geissele, VSeven, Battle Arms.. No issues with parts fitment or lower to upper fitment.

JD Machine makes one. Out of stock at the moment, but they do have some blems.

I bought one of their USBP logo lowers for a build a couple years ago. Very nice fit and finish. If they had any "blem" versions in stock I wouldn't hesitate to pick up another one.

The McKay lower has an issue:
location on magwell makes it a no GhOst for me

    Same goes for JT.
ANY engraving on the magwell defies the purpose.

021411 - thanks - knowing that makes me a bit more comfortable getting one. Though...at $60....really?
Went ahead and placed an order, will post feedback.
