Black Hills primer, ALG trigger issue (UPDATE: User Install Error)

So I was sighting in the new MRO today with some Black Hills TMK 77gr ammo. It's all new, factory anmo. When I sighted in my rmr at 100 yds this summer, I used this same ammo and had no at all and loaded up mags to keep as the HD mags. Figuring on zeroing with the same ammo for the MRO, I had three non-firing rounds that did get a dent from the firing pin. I used the same bcm rifle, bcm bolt carrier, same alg trigger as before. Any thoughts? Bad batch of primers from the factory? I'm going to send an email to black hills also with the lot number to see if they have had any other issues pop up. For a reference, I ran three mags of fiocci 223 ammo after this and had zero issues.

Any changes to any variable between your session with the ammo this summer and now?
How many of those rounds this summer? Today?
    Which ALG trigger?
Try the ammo in a different gun?

Only difference is the temperature. I didn't change a thing on the gun except the optic. 50 rounds this summer, 15 today for zeroing.

I see there are spring options for the ACT, which one do you have?

If the 4.5, this may be your issue:

    http://algdefense.com/alg-defense-purple-spring.html

Description: ALG Defense Purple Hammer Spring, can be installed onto your ACT hammer to provide an approximate pull weight of 4.5 lbs. This spring is perfect for those who are using their rifles for recreational purposes and target shooting. When shooting the ACT with the purple hammer spring and firing military grade ammo or ammo with harder primers, light strikes may occur. If there are light strikes, it is recommended the user switch to the tan hammer spring. The Tan Hammer Spring will give you a pull weight of 6.0 lbs., which meets the minimum required pull weight of 5.5 lbs. in the M4 Carbine specifications.

Those primer strikes dont look anywhere deep enough to set it off. As stated by skintop you need to check your FCG.

I was wrong when I said the 4.5#. I do have the tan spring in. I thought the tan was 4.5 and the purple was at 3.5. My mistake on that.

I was thinking about throwing an ssa or tricon in. This might have sealed the deal.

Ditch any goofball springs. Although BH is a mile from my favorite ammo, their reliability is rarely in question.
