    Thank you.
I have one on order, with both the kydex and leather loops. I will post some pics, etc once it comes it. Sorry to not be of more help, but haven't gotten mine yet!

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe the "Standard" is a clip while the Kydex loop is just that, a loop that you thread your belt through.

Like an easy on/easy off kind of clip rather than running your belt through a loop?

I'm glad to say I've jumped on the Shaggy bandwagon as well. I've been wearing it for about a week and made a couple trips to the range. I used to carry my P30 in an MTAC but being 5'6" 140# makes 4:00 carry difficult without printing, especially now that we're back to t-shirt weather. The Shaggy hides the gun remarkably well and doesn't restrict my choice of clothing like 4:00 carry would. A medium t-shirt or polo makes the gun disappear.

I was somewhat concerned about comfort at first but I've adjusted quickly. I really only notice it if I sit leaning forward for extended periods of time. Also, if I need to pick something up it's definitely more comfortable to squat rather than bend over at the waist because the gun would dig into my pelvic bone...but it's not really an issue. I'm not sure if this affects the taller guys as much.

I'm most impressed by the increased draw speed. I'm getting first shots way faster than I ever did with 4:00 carry. I would average around 2.00 from the MTAC but after just a few hundred rounds with the Shaggy I'm getting a fairly consistent 1.75 from concealment.

The only downside I see is the holster is getting such great reviews that the lead time is now around 6 weeks...but well worth the wait.

I admit, I was thoroughly impressed with your ability to hide it.

It makes me want to order one, but I wish my gun had a hammer, I would really like to put my thumb on it while reholstering.

    From the CCC homepage:

Orders have been coming in so fast that I can't even keep the projected shipping time updated. I am going to stop taking new orders for a while in an effort to get things caught up. The last projected lead time is 10 weeks. Again, every effort will be made to speed things up as much as possible. An email will be sent out with up to date shipping estimates.
I'm glad I got mine when I did!

Yeah. I ordered a Shaggy on 24Mar after reading through this thread (my current holster is a High Noon Mr. Softy, but I have tried Fricke's Joab and Comp-Tac's Two O'Clock). I got an email on Firday (09Apr) letting me know the estimated ship date for my holster will be 24May. From what I have read, it will certainly be worth the wait.

Congratulations to Rich for the boom in business!

Yeah,I just checked my e-mail and my Shaggy will ship about May 10th and I ordered about mid March. Good for Rich and his business. Oh well, the wait won't be nearly as long as a Milt Sparks order.

April 19 is the projected arrival date for my Shaggy. I'm really looking forward since I've been making do with other holsters not really designed for that method of carry.

Anyone ever try a Don Hume IWB holster for appendix carry? I have tried it a few times, but it doesn't angle the butt in like I would prefer so as not to print and it is not adjustable for cant to get just the right angle, other than that, it seems to work fairly well, though surely not as well as one designed for that purpose.
