Hey Gang,
I have a bit of experience carrying AIWB. I started it back in 1995...as it was the grunge days in Seattle and it was a good way to hide a gun under a flannel shirt or a hoodie. I used an Uncle Mike's faux suede clip holster back in those days...in fact I still have it in my, "holster box." It's really ratty, and the front sight wore a hole in it, but it could still work if needed.
I primarily carry two different guns AIWB, a Glock 19 and a Smith 642 or 649. At work I wear scrubs, and thus I don't have the luxury of a belt to hold up my pants, so I wear the 642. Revolvers, at least for me, are much more comfortable to wear all of the time in AIWB and be completely forgettable. As I've, "rediscovered," my fitness, the Glock has become easier to AIWB as well.
I have a CCC, "Shaggy," on the way for my M&P, on the recommendation of so many of you, here. It's slated for arrival in a few weeks. The following pics are the rigs I use currently for AIWB.

This is the Tucker, "Cover UP," for the j-frame. This is my FAVORITE j-frame holster of all time. Incidentally, it is also the ONLY, "tuckable," IWB I've ever been able to use well, no doubt because of the diminutive size of the gun. But, it works. I have it on in the Vicker's AK class pics, under my, "Jews for Bacon," and Team Zissou shirt, and I just look like a fat guy with his shirt bloused. It blends in well. It is also adjustable for cant, and I like to wear it tipped back, muzzle forward. It's my, "lowest profile," gun and rig.

This is a Glock 19 in a Dale Fricke Archangel. I like this rig alot too. Of course, kydex is never as comfortable as leather, but the reholster is very positive, as well as the presentation being fast. I have big mitts, so I DO have to jam my hand down to get my whole hand on the gun, but it is a rehearsed move, and it isn't a hinderance to me honestly. I've worn this rig into many places that I would've normally opted for the j-frame and the Tucker, as shown above. It hides well under just a t-shirt, and it is easily removed if needs be, but secure on the belt with the Bladetech snap loops.
