You are getting much closer to finishing now.

    That turned out nicely.

Thanks. First lower that I put together myself. Parts were mix match of colt and aftermarket. Buffer and buffer tube are Windem. Buttstock is USGI.

Upper I had some help since I didn't have wrench. It's neat. Mix match since the upper is purple.

Congrats. Good job. I am already working on an A3/A4 build. I got the Mckay lower the other day. I also recently received a small parts order and the USGI stock (from White Oak Arms) came in today. Next step is to sell another handgun to get the upper assembly done.

Man I could never bring myself to selling a handgun (probably because all of mine are not made any more) for a rifle upper.

These are some pistols that I have no attachment to anymore. I still have plenty more. One of them is pretty rare.

Renegade thanks. I wish you luck with your build. Right now you can find parts on GB and EE on the forums. Souls to break the bank since if you keep watch you can get a barrel. I got my barrel for under 200. It is brand new FN barrel. Uppers are out there as well as the bolts.

It was a fun build that didn't break the bank. Please post pictures.

    Thanks,
    Michael
