The RemDef CSASS submission was also a small frame platform. The SIG MCX CSASS looked closer to the large frame format, as did the LWRC and winning H&K G28E.

Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.

    老僧三十年前未參禪時、見山是山、見水是水、及至後夾親見知識、有箇入處、見山不是山、見水不是水、而今得箇體歇處、依然見山秪是山、見水秪是水。

The email I received today from Mega Arms said : { we are shooting for this fall }. I am looking forward to getting one of them in 6.5 creedmore, with a medium heavy profile 17 or 18 " barrel, adding a Superlative Arms Adjustable Gas Block Bleed Off and a Dead Air Armament suppressor to it.

I'll believe it when I see it. The acquisition by ZEV probably pushed it back... hopefully not indefinitely.

Wow. I'm way behind on my industry news.

I can relate to that, as I have felt the same about a whole lot of firearms and accessories with delayed introductions in the past 20 years. I am confident at some point between now and the end of the year we will see them.

I hope you're right. The G2 pattern is fantastic and we need to see more options for it.
