    They look like extended capacity 7.62x39 AR mags, like 40 rounders or something.

    Wasn't there already a thread about this one already where it was determined that these were 60 round mags being produced by the cottage gun industry in the Philippines? I could swear we've been down this road before.

    What the hell kind of cartridge is that mag designed for?
    The 7.62x39 is the most tapered of the common cartridges that I know of, and it's mag is way, way less curved than this.

    That looks like a disaster. I too was thinking a cottage mag, but in 7.62x39.

    The amount of curve looks excessive for 5.56mm to me too, maybe some sort of 7.62 or 5.45mm extended mag? Looks like a jam-o-matic.
