    Blown Out Hand Blisters

    So this happened tonight. 100 pull ups...

    My problem is that I have a dirt bike race on Sunday. I clipped the dead skin, cleaned, hydrogen peroxided, and neosporined them.

    What can I do between then and now to get my hands better?

    On Sunday what's the best way to wrap my hands?

    I'm racing no matter what.
