Received the Cole-Tac HTP earlier this week and hope to run it a bit this weekend to see how she does. Initial impressions are very positive. It appears to be a very high quality candy wrapper.

From BCM's website, their 300blk upper with suppressor with, what appears to be, a Bowers Griptastic SupCov.
I bought one for mine and it has worked as advertised so far. As someone else mentioned, it did grow a little; I think mine grew about 1". I didn't do any 200 round mag dumps with it but I did fire around 120-150 in 30 minutes. It got plenty hot to touch without a glove on but not hot enough to immediately burn me. I think it'll be fine for the $40 I paid for it.
I've got a HAD cover and I think it's great. I haven't tried any others but there is a minor problem with them when shooting rifles that have tight clearance between the suppressor and rail. If you can't use the extra cord to tie around the base of the muzzle devise it will walk on you. It can be seen in the "60 Round" video at the 4:48 sec section. The suppressor has to be pretty tight to lessen the walking.
Coletac cover melted on my 11.5" SBR 5.56mm. I sent ColeTac a pic and description of what happened. I didn't ask for anything; I just wanted to let them know that I didn't consider my course of fire particularly taxing on a heat resistant suppressor cover.
<2 hours later I had an email for a new suppressor cover en route. Lesson learned and with that kind of customer service I am a happy camper again. I will simply remove the cover any time I think I might be doing a shoot that will exert too much heat.

Why do the loudest do the least?
My griffon HMMS died fairly quickly (about 150rnds, with a 10 minute break at around 90rnds. no mag dumps) the shock cord melted and broke, the outer cordura ignited.
It was also near impossible to get it tight enough to stay on the can.
I ordered the Rifles Only HAD, but have been waiting for this upcoming weekend to test it.
Ok, do the folks that sell these things actually test them first? Reading this thread makes me think of paper mache or something

Another happy Rifles Only MAD and HAD owner. I like that they are user serviceable, and you can change out the outer shell for different camo patterns.
If I had a machine gun, I would consider a Bowers/Manta.... but damn, they are soo ugly.
Passed on the Griffin (basically a Rifles Only) but less protection, and higher price. I like the Coletac strap idea, but they proven to not handle heat very well.
I also have a Armageddon Gear cover, but that's on my 338 TBAC can, and is only used on my bolt guns.
