    Benelli SuperNova Tactical Shotgun Review

Not a ton of reviews on these guns out there so I figured I'd do my part to change that

    Pros:
    Drilled and tapped receiver
Ghost ring sights (maybe a con for some)
Easily adjustable stock if you have that model
Action is as smooth as some high end custom shotguns I've used before
Very durable and corrosion resistant design
    Chrome lined barrel
    2.75-3.5'' chamber

    Cons:
-less aftermarket support than the Mossy's or 870s
-The forend with the button is just odd to me (explained in the video)

All in all I'm impressed with the gun and surprised it's not a more popular gun as these are pretty reasonably priced and seem to be very well built/engineered.

    Here's the scattergun in action:

Good review as usual but... I don't like sights, pistol grips, lights that don't move with the slide, collapsible stocks or the fact that it is ugly as hell. Other than that it looks like a fine shotgun.

I agree, but the rest of the gun makes up for it my opinion.
I swapped my collapsible pistol grip stock for the Comfortech stock (conventional style stock).
It feels much more natural on a shotgun, and is a bit lighter.
I am still looking for a way to mount a light to it. My barrel is 14 inches, so I don't even have the option to mount a stationary light.
    Amazing shotgun overall though.

I had a Nova tactical for a while, not the super nova. It was definitely the smoothest action I've ever felt on a pump gun. Only reason I got rid of it was to buy a semi-auto.

nice review. Do you have a 922r compliant parts list for the Supernova? There's one out there for the M$, haven't seen one for the Nova/Supernova.

Great review as usual... I gotta admit that shotgun looks really futuristic.

    I don't; maybe it's on Benelli's site??

    Nice review. Thanks for sharing.

Those are going for under $450 in my area with the fixed stock and pistol grip.

    Certainly worth looking into.
