I'm about to drop the hammer on a Zenith/MKE MP5.
I can't decide between the MP5A2/A4 (Z-5RS) or the MP5K-PDW (Z-5P).
Does anyone have one or the other, and wish the would have gone with the alternative model?

I had the same conundrum last fall.
Went with the MP5. No regrets.

I personally have always wanted a MP5K-PDW with a can and Choate folding stock. Of course I also want a MP5SD.
I own a SP89 converted to mp5k-N. I used to own a fullsize Coharie mp5 clone (it ran reliably). I prefer the k-N to the fullsize mp5. It is super compact, suppresses well and with the addition of the 80 degree locking piece it reduced the fullauto ROF subjectively to about the same as the fullsize mp5. The mp5k-N gets my vote.

Can't go wrong with either. I have a Special Weapons MP5K-PDW pending approval and doing a Zenith Z-5RS like you're considering. There's more parts/upgrades for the MP5 clone than their is for the MP5K but that's the only thing I can think of.
I have a feeling I will eventually end up with both.
I've coveted the MP5 (non-K) since I was a kid.
