The daewoo K11; I kind of want a clone of it.

I made this account like...years ago.
I wasn't really sure where to post this so, I'll just do it here.
Since it does concern what's partially a semi-auto.

I've been looking into this contraption for a while, although I don't really know how many aspects of it work; particularly the trigger system which is probably the most complicated part of it.
20mm is like .70 so....I'm thinking I could condense it to something smaller than a .50 in the bolt action portion.
    Lots of polymer/carbon fiber.

It's kinda what I want, though, all things considered.
At least versus carrying two separate platforms/systems.

It's a pretty sweet rifle, and I'm pretty sure the desert tech SRS actually weighs about the same as the thing, barebones wise.

I think it would actually be quite doable but I'm not sure where I would start with this.

I mean even if it amounted to a .308 tacked onto a 5.56, I think I would still have plenty of fun with it.
or even .22 mockup that was totally functional. That would be cool, too.

    So......Anyone have any ideas?

I feel you. I wanted one since reading a Chuck Taylor review back in the early '90s. I've since handled a couple of variants, and seen some videos, but those pesky bans...

nothing would be banned though. as long as it meets the OAL & barrel length requirements its perfectly legal.

Constant argument about bolt actions vs semi autos.
Stick them together and there you go.

i'm going to get a 3d printer since many good ones are around 500$ & try to make some lowers.
