Mossberg can't keep up with 590 demand or what?

There are hardly any new ones for sale right now.

Go ahead..look for these models, they are all on Mossberg's web site, but you'd be hard pressed to find one in stock anywhere..50776 50774 50777 51660 51663 51668 50676 51771 50771...

As usual, they don't make what I want, because I'm picky...

    590

    -Parkerized
    -Wood furniture
    -12 to 13 inch LOP
    - Mossberg Ghost ring sights
-18.5 inch barrel, with removable chokes (Standard thickness. Don't need "heavy-weight" barrel)
    -7 shot magazine
    -Metal safety
    -Light mount
    -Sling mounts

Yea, I know I can make it happen. But it doesn't make sense to when the end result might cost as much as a Beretta 1301 with mag extension...

What are we supposed to do? Buy 870's? (Plentiful supply!)

    Nope.

None parkerized and 18.5, no 18.5 with Ghost ring sights, and no parkerized 20 inch with ghost ring sights.

Thanks though, I'll keep an eye out.

But it looks like just certain models are popular and not available right now.

I don't think Mossberg even makes a parkerized 18.5 or 20 inch that doesn't have the stupid heavy barrel. (A1 models I think, 51 in the model number)

If you really want to get ahead of the curve, purchase the gun from the best Mossberg gunsmith's on the planet. Mind you their customer service is not too good, but you will receive a beautifully functioning firearm.

The company who made their ghost ring sights is no longer making them. As of a couple months ago they still had not found a new company to manufacture them.

Aha! I was wondering why they sold models with their Ghost ring sights AND models with X/S Sights Large Aperture sights.
