I can dial in the pressure perfectly with the MIs. MI also told me that their mounts actually grab the pic rail with more surface area than an ADM. No marring/coining either.
I'm a fan so far - especially since they seem to be also some of the lightest weight mounts out there (at least the mini optic type mounts.)
Yes, this reads like MI's list of claims for the mount. It's possible I got a random defective mount that had some funny issue. I'll be curious to see if more people report good results like yours. All I can say is that I'm reporting my personal experience and I spent hours fiddling with the mount on several different uppers (of different brands) to get it to work as advertised, and for me, sample size of 1, it did not. MI was very pleasant in accepting a return and refunding my money. I have no idea if they tested the returned mount, or what they might have found if they did.

Product reviews stating "Only 4 stars because I haven't used it yet" are an idiot's signature.

My experience with MI was generally positive. I had a 1 MOA diagonal POI shift on my T2 with the MI mount, and did note that it WAS either "a bit tighter" or "a bit looser" than I would prefer, but not bad/unworkable/a reason not to buy it. I just couldn't get it "perfect" for MY taste. I erred on the side of "tight", in case you're wondering. Machine-work was good, but not as good as Scalarworks, Bobro, but was in keeping with ADM. Which makes sense, as MI owned ADM for a while, I believe.

In short, I view the MI mounts as an alternative to ADM, but not quite in the same "league" as Bobro, Geissele, etc. Basically, they NAILED their price-point. They aren't punching above it, but they are packing plenty of value into that segment.
