On your 11.5” uppers paired with an SBA3, what combo of buffer weight/spring do you recommend for suppressed and non-suppressed use?

Ammo is m193 and mk262

If you're using the A5 system I suggest an A5H2 with green spring.
If using milspec receiver extension I suggest H2/Blue

Can I get a confirmation on the weight of the solgw 11.5" barrel? The website has it spec'd at 17oz, which doesn't seem accurate for a gov profile. The 10.5" barrels are showing 19oz, and BCM's 11.5 ELW barrel is 16oz.
