No replies. And that is pretty rough … because there are two business issues I'd guess as I doubt communications and fulfillment is the same person.

I'm looking at the email history and messaging thru the acct on the website right now.
I have two emails in there at info@sonsoflibertygw.com that were replied to and no messages thru the acct on the site.

Feel free to give me a shout so we can see where the disconnect is.

I'm hearing of uppers that were ordered the first week of July that still haven't shipped? Is that the regular turn around time?

No. Not at all. We were backordered on some uppers, but those have all shipped.
That's not typical at all for lead times.

If there were a few orders that took longer than expected you're talking about less than 3-4% of orders fulfilled.

My first post here but wanted to reach out. I've been trying to check the status of an order I placed back in August but haven't had any luck. I sent a message via your website's message feature on 21SEP and over the last two weeks I've sent a few emails to your mike@ and shipping@ email addresses with no response to anything. My order included etching and cerakote so I understand it may still be in progress, I just wanted to check if there's an ESD yet as I deploy OCONUS at the end of the month and want to make sure I can pick it up before then. Thanks!

I sent a question through the website and was contacted within a few hours by Stephanie so it’s not all messages that are getting lost.

My experience has been positive with SOLGW.

I would like to get a rifle built buy them in the future.
