    Shouldering a "pistol"

What are the consequences of doing so?

You question changes to, what are the consequences for possessing an illegal SBR.

But it's technically not a sbr. It's still legally a pistol

Not at the point it is intended to be fired from the shoulder.

Unless I've missed the memo, it was only sig-brace type adaptions to buffer tubes they couldn't be shouldered. I haven't see documentation that a buffer tube itself couldn't be shouldered. If anyone has an update on that, do share.

It sort of takes the idea of the sig brace or the shockwave out of the posture

I have 2 pistols. One with the sig brace and one with the shockwave. Just wondering what would happen if they're are shouldered while shooting. What about in a self defense situation
