I'll give Trump the benefit of the doubt there, though I don't really believe he's changed his views as much as realized his views needed to change for his end goals. Hitlary has actually changed her views, all for the worse of course.

If a one issue voter (2A) Johnson has been by far the most consistent on that issue.

Indeed. It seems there's plenty of people out there who are waking up that it's not in our best interest and there's nothing so great about Europe. Much of Trumps entire platform is as nationalist vs globalist and he's GOP front guy now.

No, and no where did I say that or indicate that. If elected, he will do what they have all done, and bend on some supposed promises yes, but that's par for the course. I think he'll generally stay in the character he's developed for the roll.

His anti gun stuff were quotes from when he was not involved in politics back in 2000. Since he entered politics he has had to take a political position rather than a person opinion, and those aren't always the same.

I have some definite personal opinions regarding religion, but if ever somebody made me President, I would never invoke those opinions on anyone else and my political position on the issue would have to be quite different. And I'm sure somebody would come along talking about my "convenient position" that I adopted to get elected.
